Health Net Healthy Options and the Preferred One/Wellcare of Connecticut health plans are leaving the HUSKY Program.  Don’t worry, you will not lose coverage and your benefits will stay the same.

If you are in either Health Net Healthy Options or the Preferred One/Wellcare plans, we are asking you to choose a new plan.  To help you with this change, below are notices about your choice of plans and how to change your plan.  The same notice will also be mailed to you; it will include a due date to choose a new plan.  Traditional Medicaid pays for all of the same medical benefits.  Everyone now enrolled in either Health Net Healthy Options or the Preferred One/Wellcare plans will be in a new plan or in traditional Medicaid by April 1, 2008.
