HUSKY A & B
HEALTH PLAN CHOICES

 After you have received notification that you have been granted HUSKY A, you must choose a health plan.  If you do not choose a plan after 30 days, you will be put into the traditional Medicaid program that is administered by the Department.  HUSKY B Clients are automatically enrolled in Community Health Network Health Plan. 

Below is contact information for the HUSKY Program and for the individual health plans that are available to you.  You can either call the HUSKY program for help in choosing a plan, or you can use the health plan websites to learn more about them.
